Marc LaCounte :

Responsible for business development and marketing initiatives. Having grown up in Elkhart, Indiana, Marc knows the Recreational Vehicle industry very well. His passion has always been to improve the materials used to produce the RV’s. Marc is very excited about TekModo's product lineup and our new-to-industry technologies.

Marc started his business career in 1990 with Tradewinds Conversions, Inc. in Elkhart as a member of the sales team which eventually led to ownership. While at Tradewinds Conversions, Marc designed and implemented an entire ERP/EDI system, this process allowed for increased efficiency in the plant and higher Dealer/Customer Satisfaction.

After Tradewinds, Mr. LaCounte took a position as a Senior Business Unit Management for Webasto Thermosystems Specialty Markets. He was responsible for all elements of the business unit including P & L, R & D, Sales, and new product development.

Marc was recruited out of Webasto Thermosystems, NA to join Hoff and Associates, Inc. Hoff and Associates provides Analytical Engineering and Design Services (CAE/CAD) to the Automotive and Aerospace industries where he was responsible business development of several key strategic international accounts.

In 2004 Marc left Hoff and Associates to pursue his passion for advanced technologies and entrepreneurship and started TekModo along with fellow co-founder Mary Wetzel.
