TekModo, has worked in collaboration over the past year with the E.I. DuPont Company, Wilmington, Delaware to address the needs of the RV market. SpectraLite is a revolutionary material using DuPont™ Surlyn® resin as a key component.

Additionally, SpectraLite allows for the introduction of colorable surfaces to the marketplace.  No longer are RV consumers and manufacturers limited to white.  Color choices are now endless: Red, Blue, Black, Green, Metallic, Non-Metallic, all made possible through the pigmentation of DuPont™ Surlyn® resin.

TekModo’s SpectraLite surfacing technologies are design-engineered to be used with CosmoLite, TekModo’s own line of Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Structural Substrate.  The SpectraLite surfacing will be laminated to the CosmoLite substrate and offered as a coiled product.  The SpectraLite and CosmoLite combination of material sciences offer an endless number of benefits previously unavailable to the industry including:
